Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Bryorex, Inc. ("Bryorex", "we", "us") collects through this website, bryorex.com, and how we handle it. Bryorex is a pre-launch product, and this site exists to describe it and let interested teams get in touch. We have tried to keep both the site and this policy simple.

What we collect

We collect very little, and we collect nothing you do not choose to give us beyond basic, anonymous usage measurement:

• Website analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics service. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and does not track you across other websites. It gives us aggregate information such as page views, referrers, country-level location, and browser type. We cannot identify individual visitors from it.
• Email correspondence. If you email us at [email protected] (for example, to request early access), we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message.

We do not run advertising trackers, social media pixels, or third-party marketing scripts on this site. We do not ask you to create an account, and there are no forms that collect personal information.

How we use it

• Analytics data helps us understand, in aggregate, how people find and use this site.
• Email correspondence is used to reply to you, to keep track of early access requests, and to let you know about the product if you have asked us to.

If you have contacted us about early access, we may email you updates about Bryorex. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying to any message, and we will.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it with third parties for their own marketing. The only third parties that process data on our behalf are the service providers that run our infrastructure, such as our website host, analytics provider, and email provider, and they process it only to provide those services to us.

Retention

Aggregate analytics data contains no personal information and is retained per Cloudflare's standard retention periods. Email correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful for the purpose you contacted us about, typically while we are in touch with you and for a reasonable period afterward. If you would like us to delete our correspondence with you, ask and we will do so unless we are legally required to keep it.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Since the only personal information we hold comes from email, exercising these rights is straightforward: email us and we will handle it. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising a privacy right.

Children

This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date. If Bryorex launches as a product, the product will have its own, more detailed privacy policy covering customer data.
